Shipping policy
- All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), or less. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
- Successfully placed order will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
- If you need assistance with your order, please contact us at avidsensorywellness@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- There might be potential delays if there is a high volume of orders.
Local delivery, addresses within Windsor:
- Free delivery on orders over $75.00 for addresses within the city of Windsor, ON. Deliveries are made from on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
- $8 flat rate applies to orders under $50
- We deliver to one address per order
- We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
- We offer contact-less local delivery: Orders will be placed on your doorstep, so please specify in the checkout notes area if you would like us to text you, ring the doorbell, or knock when we arrive.
Rest of Canada:
- We ship orders within Canada. Shipping time is between 2-7 business days according to where you are in Canada.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- There might be potential delays if there is a high volume of orders or postal service problems that is outside of our control.

Checking the status of my order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and a link that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at avidsensorywellness@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please note that some mail carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
