Returns & Refunds

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help.

 

  • We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method for the full order amount minus the shipping cost. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Returned items should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags on, in its original packaging and with no visible signs of wear or use. Supplements should not be opened.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at avidsensorywellness@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an unpaid return shipping label.

  • Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and we recommend shipping the return using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure your customer and billing address information are included, in order for us to properly process your return.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, especially due to close contact use, like

  • Munchable products
  • Personal care goods (such as skincare & beauty products)
  • Mind Your Bees products
  • Food and snacks are final sale
  • Clearance items and gift cards are final sale

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will require a receipt or a proof of purchase, then send a refund to the gift giver.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
