Emotional Wellness

Emotional wellness is the capacity to effectively manage life's stressors and adjust to change and challenging circumstances. It entails being aware of our feelings and emotions, knowing how to communicate them constructively, and knowing when to seek support  when we need it.  

Self-care, stress reduction, relaxation, and the growth of inner strength are traits of emotional wellness. It all comes down to being aware of both positive and negative emotions and being equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to comprehend and manage them. It also includes developing a strong sense of compassion and empathy for oneself and other people.
